このページでは、Enludusが提供するiOSアプリ「StudyReel」（以下「本アプリ」）での情報の取り扱いを説明します。本アプリは、利用者の情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。アカウント登録もありません。外部と通信するのは、下記の「教材の読み取り」でバーコードを読み取ったとき、iCloudバックアップのとき、「勉強仲間」を使うときだけです。
カメラと動画
録画するとき、端末のカメラ（設定で前面・背面を選べます）を使います。タイムラプスでは一定間隔で1コマずつ、全部録画ではすべてのコマを端末内で動画にします。録画後、確認画面を経て、時刻の文字やモザイクを重ねた動画を書き出します。音声は録音しません。
できあがった動画は、端末の「写真」ライブラリに自動で保存されます。動画の作成に使った一時ファイルは端末内にだけ置かれ、外部には送信されません。動画そのものはどこにも送りません（「勉強仲間」で、利用者が自分で選んだ1コマを見せる場合を除きます）。「録画なし」を選ぶと、何も記録しません。
顔の検出とモザイク
顔にモザイクやスタンプをかけるために、Appleが端末に標準で用意している画像解析（Vision）で、映像のどこに顔や上半身が映っているかを検出します。検出は端末の中だけで行い、使うのは顔のおおよその位置（四角い範囲）だけです。顔の特徴を使った本人の識別はしません。
検出した位置は、録画後の確認画面と動画の書き出しにだけ使い、書き出しが終わると破棄します。開発者や第三者に送信することはありません。
学習記録
学習時間、教科、教材、タグ、日ごとの目標などの記録は、端末内に保存されます（iCloudバックアップがオンのときは、利用者自身のiCloudにも保存されます）。ホーム画面のウィジェットとタイマーの状態を共有するために、端末内の共有領域（App Group）を使います。勉強中の残り時間をロック画面やDynamic Islandに表示するLive Activityも、端末内だけで動きます。これらの情報が開発者に送られることはありません。
アプリを削除すると、端末内の学習記録も削除されます。「写真」に保存した動画は、写真アプリから削除するまで残ります。
教材の読み取り
教材を登録するとき、カメラで本のバーコードや表紙を読み取れます。表紙の文字の読み取りは、Appleが端末に標準で用意している文字認識（Vision）で端末の中だけで行い、撮った画像はどこにも送りません。
バーコードを読み取ったときは、書名と表紙画像を調べるために、本のISBN（13桁の番号）だけをopenBDに、見つからない場合は国立国会図書館サーチに送ります。カメラの映像や学習記録、利用者を特定できる情報は送りません。
iCloudバックアップ
自動バックアップがオンのとき（初期設定はオン）、学習記録、教材、サムネイル、アプリ内に残した動画を、利用者自身のiCloud Driveに保存します。保存先は利用者のApple アカウントのiCloudで、開発者が中身を見ることはできません。設定からいつでもオフにできます。保存した内容は、ファイルアプリの「StudyReel」フォルダから確認・削除できます。
共有
「共有する」で作る画像や文章、1週間のVlogは、利用者が共有先を選んだときだけ、その相手やアプリに渡されます。本アプリが自動で送ることはありません。
通知
勉強リマインダーをオンにすると、過去の学習時刻をもとに端末内で通知を予約します。通知の内容や時刻の計算はすべて端末内で行います。勉強仲間の通知は、上の「勉強仲間」をご覧ください。
勉強仲間
「勉強仲間」は、招待して許可した人どうしで勉強の様子を見せ合う機能です。使わなければ、何も送りません。仕組みにはAppleのiCloud（CloudKit）を使い、開発者のサーバーは使いません。iCloudにサインインしている必要があります。
グループの仲間に見えるもの：アプリの中で決めたニックネーム、用意した絵柄から選んだアイコン、4桁の番号、いま勉強中かどうかと始めた時刻、今日と今週の勉強時間、連続日数、送り合ったスタンプ。オーナーが写真をオンにしたグループでは、利用者が自分のタイムラプスから選んだ1コマ（顔にモザイクをかけたもの）も見えます。写真は24時間で消えます。動画、メモ、教材、記録のタイトルは見えません。
保存される場所：グループのデータは、グループを作った人（オーナー）のiCloudに保存され、グループの仲間だけが読めます。開発者は中身を見ることができません。参加の申請（ニックネーム、アイコン、4桁の番号）は、オーナーに届けるためにiCloudの公開領域に一時的に置き、許可・お断りのあとに消します。
資格ごとの人数：資格を選んだ人だけ、勉強中のあいだ「どの資格か」と「終わる目安の時刻」をiCloudの公開領域に置き、人数を数えるのに使います。名前やアイコンは置きません。
写真の確認：送る前と受け取ったときに、Appleが端末に標準で用意している仕組み（センシティブな内容の分析）で、裸などの画像を見分けます。端末の設定「センシティブな内容の警告」がオンのときだけ働き、判定は端末の中だけで行います。18歳未満と分かった場合（Appleの「年齢の範囲」で本人や保護者が許したとき）は、写真の機能を初めはオフにします。
通報：利用者が通報すると、通報された人のニックネームと4桁の番号、アプリごとに振られる利用者番号（Apple IDやメールアドレスではありません）、グループ名、日時、理由が開発者に届きます。写真の通報では、その写真も届きます。開発者はこれを確認し、写真の機能を使えなくするなどの対応をします。通報で受け取った情報は、確認と対応のために保存し、対応が終わったあと（目安として90日以内）に消します。法令に基づく求めがあった場合は、警察などの公的機関に提供することがあります。
準備中の機能へのご意見：「保護者に共有（準備中）」などの案内で「使ってみたい」「いまはいい」を押すと、その答えと押した場所を、アプリごとに振られる利用者番号とともにiCloudの公開領域に保存します。開発者だけが見られ、作る機能を決めるためにだけ使います。名前や記録は送りません。
通知：スタンプが届いたときなどの通知は、iCloudからの合図を受けて、端末の中で作って表示します。
グループを抜ける・削除すると、そのグループのデータは見えなくなります（オーナーが削除すると、グループのデータは消えます）。
購入（StudyReel Pro）
StudyReel Proの購入と更新はAppleのApp Storeが処理します。支払い情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。本アプリは購入状態の確認だけを行います。購入情報の取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
解析・広告
本アプリには、利用状況の解析ツールや広告SDKは組み込まれていません。

StudyReel does not send any of your data to the developer's servers, and it does not require an account. The only network requests are book lookups after scanning a barcode, iCloud backup, and Study Buddies.
Camera and video. When recording is on, the app uses the device camera (front or back, selectable in Settings) and builds the video on your device: one frame at regular intervals for time-lapse, or every frame for full recording. After a review screen, the app exports the video with the time overlay and any mosaic. No audio is recorded. The finished video is saved automatically to your Photos library. Temporary files stay on your device. With recording off, nothing is recorded.
Face detection. To apply a mosaic or sticker over your face, the app uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to find where a face or upper body appears in the frame. Only the approximate position (a rectangle) is used; faces are never used to identify anyone. Positions are used only for the review screen and the export, discarded afterwards, and never sent anywhere.
Study records. Study time, subjects, books, tags, and daily goals are stored on your device, and in your own iCloud when backup is on. The Live Activity on the Lock Screen also runs entirely on your device. An App Group on the device is used to share timer state with the Home Screen widget. Deleting the app removes these records. Videos saved to Photos remain until you delete them there.
Book scanning. When you add a book, you can scan its barcode or cover. Cover text is read on your device with Apple's Vision framework and the photo is never sent. For a barcode, only the book's ISBN is sent to openBD, or to the National Diet Library Search if openBD has no match, to get the title and cover. No camera footage, study records, or personal information is sent.
iCloud backup. When automatic backup is on (the default), your records, books, thumbnails, and videos kept in the app are saved to your own iCloud Drive. The developer cannot see them. You can turn it off in Settings and review or delete the files in the StudyReel folder of the Files app.
Sharing. Images, text, and weekly vlogs are shared only with the people or apps you choose.
Notifications. If you turn on the study reminder, the app schedules a local notification based on your past study times. Everything is calculated on your device.
Study Buddies. Study Buddies lets people you invite and approve see how each other is studying. Nothing is sent if you don't use it. It runs on Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), not on the developer's servers, and requires an iCloud sign-in. Your buddies see your in-app nickname, the icon you picked, your 4-digit number, whether you're studying now and since when, today's and this week's study time, your streak, and stamps. In groups where the owner allows photos, they also see the one frame you choose from your own time-lapse, with faces pixelated; photos disappear after 24 hours. Videos, notes, books and session titles are never shared. Group data is stored in the group owner's iCloud and can only be read by the group; the developer cannot see it. Join requests (nickname, icon, number) are placed briefly in iCloud's public area to reach the owner and removed after a decision. If you pick an exam, only the exam and an estimated end time are placed in the public area while you study, to count people; no name or icon is included. Before sending and when receiving, photos are checked on your device with Apple's Sensitive Content Analysis, which only works when "Sensitive Content Warning" is on in Settings. If Apple's Declared Age Range indicates you're under 18, photos start off. When you report someone, the developer receives their nickname and number, their app-specific user ID (not their Apple ID or email), the group name, the time, the reason and, for photo reports, the photo. The developer reviews reports, may disable photo sharing for that person, keeps the information only as long as needed (about 90 days), and may share it with authorities when legally required. Notifications for buddies are created on your device after a signal from iCloud. If you answer a "coming soon" question (such as sharing with a parent), your answer and where you tapped it are stored with your app-specific user ID in iCloud's public area, visible only to the developer and used only to decide what to build.
Purchases. StudyReel Pro purchases and renewals are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment information.
Analytics and ads. The app contains no analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
